Guest Post: Personal Frittatas

Have a crowd coming over or just want to get the kids more involved in the kitchen? These Mini Frittatas are easy to make and can feed a lot of people.

Personalized Frittatas

Makes 12 mini frittatas
8 eggs
1/4 cup whole, raw milk
Add-ins: sausage, bacon, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, the list can go on forever!
 Preheat oven to 350 and butter 6 muffin cups or use silicone molds like this.
Whisk eggs, milk, and S&P. Evenly distribute mixture into 6 muffin tins.
Let everyone add about 2 tablespoons of their favorite extras! Bake until fluffy and edges golden, about 20-25 minutes.
