Mushroom Gravy (for Biscuits)

If you love biscuits and gravy as much as we do, then having this Mushroom Gravy on hand is a must. It’s perfect for people who don’t eat meat or if you’re just trying to save some money (meat is expensive, huh?). Poured over your favorite homemade biscuit recipe, this gravy will be a hit! Most of its flavor comes from the herbs used, so don’t be afraid to season.

Mushroom Gravy (for Biscuits)

4 tablespoons flour of choice
8 mushrooms, diced
2 tablespoons each sage, rosemary, thyme
3 cups whole milk
S&P

  1. I dated mushrooms until I stopped eating meat, then I started forcing myself to eat them. I like them now though. Do you have a wholesome buttermilk biscuit recipe you can share? I've tried several times and just can't get it right!
