Now, let’s talk a little bit about lavender. Most of us probably know that lavender relaxes us and relieves tension, but how else can adding lavender to our daily or weekly routine benefit us?

Uses for Lavender

Anti-inflammatory
Can help with skin irritations like bug bites, bruises, scraps, and more.

Relaxation
Use this bath salt for a relaxing, tension busting soak. Apply directly on skin before bed. Get this aromatherapy wrap, heat, and apply to tense muscles.

Bug Repellent
Place a cotton ball with lavender oil in closets to deter moths. Dab on skin, particularly neck, wrists, and ankles to deter bugs during the summer months.
